Food Safety Management is at the forefront of all our operations and allows us to have complete transparency and traceability; from growing our berries to harvesting them, to processing them for our customers. It is what allows us to produce the highest quality of berries season after season. Every year we invite third-party food safety auditors to inspect our ranch and facilities. We are food safety certified and compliant with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) implemented by the FDA.
Carini Farms uses the innovative and ground-breaking FSR system to adhere to food safety regulations. The Food Safety Resource is a complete, on-demand documentation library that provides the policies, procedures, logs and training material required by food safety auditors.
